The terms and policies on this website, our forms, etc., apply to all Para-Sheas and HairRUssss business operations. These terms and policies are a legally binding agreement between you (which refers to any and all individuals or businesses accessing/reading Para-Sheas and/or HairRUssss forms/websites and/or serviced by its owner) and Para-Sheas/HairRUssss (which we may refer to as "Para-Sheas", "HairRUssss" "we", "us", or "our").

Individuals accessing our website are held responsible for the current terms and policies. In addition to the terms and policies, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all Para-Sheas/HairRUssss terms and policies.

Para-Sheas strives to provide customers with exceptional care, customer service/support, and products. As we seek to provide, we identify and understand we are not exempt from human error. As we strive to provide our very best, we ask our customers and supporters to hold us accountable, while extending grace when needed. Furthermore, Parasheas has set policies in place to protect both the customer(s) and the company These policies can be found below. In an instance that a circumstance is not covered below, Parasheas will use unbiased and professional judgment to consider a course of action. Upon considering the course of action, Parasheas will provide that information to the client and update policies as needed. 

www.parasheas.com is a website operated and owned by Para-Sheas. The website is one of the services we provide to our customers. In providing this service, we collect information both directly/ indirectly. Provided "directly," meaning information given, including but not limited to one's name, email address, home/ shipping address, and phone number, and provided "indirectly" referring to information not explicitly given, including but not limited to one's IP address. We will not use or share any information provided with anyone except as described in our Privacy Policy. Your information is valuable and will be strictly used to assist us in understanding you and improving your overall experience with us. Individuals choosing to use www.parasheas.com agree to the collection of information associated with/ discussed within our policy.

Our products are handmade with natural ingredients.  Please read and review the ingredient list before purchasing. We are NOT responsible for any allergic and/or other reactions due to the use of our products. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

While we package and curate our products to withstand delivery, things happen. Butter delivered as a liquid? Our products are made using clean and simple ingredients; therefore, using them in different states will not cause harm.

In the case your product arrives in its "unnatural* state, please contact us IMMEDIATELY.

Our Order Process: Order Placed > Order Processed  > Order in Progress  > Order Fulfilled

Orders are processed 1-3 business days after the order is placed, depending on the order date. After orders are processed, our team begins the process of fulfilling your order. Please note that items deemed "Pre-Order" may have a longer fulfillment time. Once your order is processed and fulfilled, you will receive an email stating your order is ready for pick-up or has been shipped. The order fulfillment process takes approximately 3-14 business days.*

Order processing and fulfillment times are longer during holidays and major sales. ​

Orders that are considered "Pre-Order" are not on hand. The estimated time frame from the date of order to delivery day may vary. Pre-Order items may take 7-14 business days to deliver after processing.

Shipping may vary. Average/Normal shipping after processing is 3-5 business days. Please view your order details for specific shipping and delivery information, including your order's tracking number.  Once you receive a tracking number, your order has left our possession. It is solely the customer's responsibility to ensure the information entered when placing his/her order is correct. If a customer notices his/her address is entered incorrectly, we ask that he/she contact us immediately. While it is not our responsibility, we will do our best to correct the error made before shipping. Parasheas is not responsible for shipping delays or delivery errors. Please understand Parasheas is not responsible for shipping delays and delivery errors. In addition, we will NOT issue refunds, exchanges, and/or credits due to shipping and/or delivery issues. We kindly ask all customers to contact the mail carrier company in the case of shipping delays and/or delivery errors. If, for any reason, a package is returned, the customer will be held financially responsible for an inconvenience fee as well as the reshipping fee. Orders will NOT be reshipped until all fees are paid. In the case the fee is not paid within 10 business days, the order will be voided without refund, exchange, or cancellation. The inconvenience and reshipping fees may vary. 

Para-Sheas is NOT responsible for any damaged, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages!

Parasheas does not offer local delivery. Parasheas offers local pickup. Local pickup is offered to customers in the Alexandria/Pineville area ONLY. Customers who select local pickup during checkout are responsible for picking up their orders within normal business hours. Pickups must be scheduled and picked up within TWO WEEKS of the pickup email delivery. Failure to pick up within two weeks will result in a $5 restock fee per week. Local Pickup hours may vary. Please check your email for local pickup order updates. The pickup address will be provided via email once the order is fully processed. Customers must schedule ALL pickups through our business email and/or our website's chat. 

Because the pickup location is residential, we ask that you AVOID arrival outside normal business hours. Failure to abide by the local pickup policy stated here and in future communication will result in a ban from pickup.

Para-Sheas is NOT responsible for any damaged, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages!

Starting May 1, 2025, failure to pick up your order within the two weeks will result in a restock charge. This restock charge will be $5 per week after two weeks. This charge is non-negotiable and must be paid prior to pickup.

Love it! Refills take place on the 7th of each month only. Refills can not and will not be conducted on other days. To be eligible for a refill, you must have a ParaSheas Love It jar purchased within the last TWO months. The jar must be clean and free from any and all damage. The scent refill will be the same scent previously purchased. Please note, the jar's label must be on the jar and visible.

If a customer misses his/her initial refill day, they will have the opportunity to refill the following month. After two unsuccessful refills, the Love It Refill will be be deemed void without refund. 

Discounts, coupons, and promotions are subject to change at any time without notice.

Store credits are for special circumstances only. All store credit must be used on regular-priced items ONLY. Store credits can NOT be combined with gift cards, coupons, promos, discounts, etc

Our gift cards/ certificates are only available on our website, www.parasheas.com. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash. All gift card sales are FINAL! Parasheas is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards. Parasheas does not replace any lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards are expire FIVE years from the purchase date.

​Coupons and discounts can NOT be combined with any sale, discount, or promotion. Parasheas does NOT allow stacking of coupons and/or discounts. In the case there is a glitch or error with the website or computer system, that allows a customer to stack coupons or discounts, the customer will be held financially responsible for the actual cost of goods/services.
